We’re a friendly, social and fun club teaching dance to girls as young as three right up to ladies in their 60s. You’ll feel comfortable from the minute you arrive for your class and leave us feeling stronger, more positive and healthier than before. Our team of passionate teachers are committed to helping each of our members become the best they can be.
Physie is a uniquely Australian form of dance fusing modern jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobic dance and yoga designed to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, grace and confidence.
Physie is so much more than dancing and competitions, it’s about empowering girls and ladies, making lifelong friendships and learning to become strong, healthy and confident.
